A 90 pieces cycle for solo piano called Instantaneous Music, created specifically for the program directed by Martí GironellEl pont de les formigues” of Catalunya Ràdio, during the seasons 2001-2004.

The particularity of this cycle of pieces for solo piano is that I proposed to compose them immediately, with the firsts musical ideas that inspire me the different themes the show producers proposed me, that changed each week. That's why all have a specific date of creation, as sometimes I composed many of them the same day.

In the middle part of each piece there is space for improvisation.

Topic proposed for this piece: The change of the peseta by the euro, symbol of monetary union between some European nations, but nothing more, since the respect between peoples is still to be solved in this old Europe. In addition, the fixation on economic power as a fund of false happiness.

Emission of the piece: March 2, 2002

Work included in the show: Music for the waves 2 (2005)
